ABOUT ME
With more than 12 years in tax advisory and a German tax adviser qualification since 2019, much of my work focuses on matters that go beyond standard compliance and requires clear analysis, structured thinking and reliable long-term solutions.
My professional background combines international firms, mid-sized business environments and specialised tax advisory work — including several years at EY Ernst & Young.
Fluent in German, English and Mandarin, I understand both the legal and cultural realities of cross-border matters between Germany and China.
Direct communication, organised documentation and defined expectations are the foundation of every client relationship.
Not every enquiry is the right fit. Good tax advice starts with understanding the actual facts — not with forms or quick fixes.
FOKUS
For me, tax advisory work does not end with filing tax returns.
The aim is to understand complex matters clearly, identify tax risks at an early stage and develop solutions that remain reliable in the long term.
Income, tax residency, shareholdings and cross-border structures involving Germany and other jurisdictions.
Multiple sources of income, investments, property holdings, international matters and long-term structural considerations.
Growing businesses, corporate structures, reporting, annual financial statements and ongoing tax compliance.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Tax matters involving Germany and China, including tax residency, reporting obligations and cross-border structures.
Matters involving foreign income, investments, tax residency and reporting obligations in Germany.
Corporate matters involving GmbH structures, cross-border arrangements and long-term tax organisation.
International
A significant part of my work involves matters spanning multiple countries.
I help clients navigate between different tax systems and translate complex regulations into practical, workable solutions.
Tax treatment of foreign income
Double taxation and reporting obligations
Cross-border corporate and investment structures
Communication between German tax logic and international business realities
Good tax advice requires transparency, organised documentation and a commitment to working in a legally compliant manner.
As a matter of principle, I do not accept matters involving unclear or non-transparent structures.
No advice based on incomplete or retrospectively reconstructed information.
Foreign income, turnover and shareholdings must be disclosed fully and transparently.
The objective is not a short-term fix, but a tax structure that remains sustainable and reliable over time.
